We are a therapeutic private school serving students with autism, dyslexia, and other language-based learning differences. We are seeking a Lead Teacher who is passionate about helping neurodiverse learners succeed through structured, individualized, and research-based instruction.

This role leads a small classroom environment focused on academic growth, communication, and independence using consistent routines, data-driven instruction, and collaborative support services.

· Plan and deliver differentiated instruction aligned with student learning goals.

· Maintain a structured, predictable classroom environment

· Track student progress using data to guide instruction and interventions

· Collaborate with SLP, OT, behavior specialists, and support staff

· Implement positive behavior supports and social-emotional learning strategies

· Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress

· Participate in team meetings and professional development

· Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

· Teaching experience preferred (special education or small-group instruction strongly preferred)

· Strong classroom management and instructional planning skills

· Commitment to working with students with diverse learning needs

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
