Superintendent's Secretary/PEIMS Coordinator for the 2026-2027 School Year
(PEIMS experience preferred)

Job Duties Include:
  • Manage daily student attendance, verify absences, maintain compliance with state attendance requirements, and generate attendance reports.
  • Serve as campus registrar, enroll and withdraw students; maintain cumulative records and transcripts.
  • Process and distribute report cards and grade reports; verify grade accuracy and assist staff with grade reporting timelines.
  • Coordinate and submit accurate PEIMS data in compliance with TEA deadlines; resolve data errors and maintain audit documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Superintendent, including calendar management, Board meeting preparation, and confidential recordkeeping.
  • Serve as front-line receptionist and manage front office; greet and communicate with parents, answer phones, and direct inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of student, staff, and district records in accordance with FERPA and district policies.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure accurate data reporting and effective communication.
  • Manage district website, social media page and all messages sent via Remind.
